HELEN LUMAY CLAYTON

Helen Lumay Clayton was born May 7, 1938 in Braggadocio to Hillard Clayton and Annie May Day.

She died April 25, 2018 at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau at the age of 79.

She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by father and mother, Hillard and Annie Day Clayton and one sister, Lavern Clayton and infant brother.

She is survived by two sisters, June Jinks of Hayti, and Patricia Clayton of Little Rock, AR, one nephew, Josh and Aimee Jinks of Cape Girardeau, one niece, Amanda Wimberly of Hayti, great nieces and nephews, McKenzie, Gordon, Julie, and Chance Clayton.

Funeral services took place Monday, April 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brimhall Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Interment took place in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Russell Gilmore, Damon Johnson, Dennis Hayes, Charles Davis, Jerry Boone, and David Greer.

The Brimhall Funeral Home was in charge of services.
