Hayti Police Report

Nov. 25 - At approximately 1:53 p.m. officers located and arrested Jeremy E. Yates, 32, of Hayti on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear issued by the county. Yates had warrants for driving while revoked or suspended (class A misdemeanor) with a $500 cash bond and pursue/take/kill/possess or dispose of wildlife illegally (class A misdemeanor) with a $116 cash only bond. Yates was processed and transported to the Justice Center.

Nov. 26 - At approximately 4:56 p.m. officers located and arrested Dustin W. Palmer, 31, of Hayti on an outstanding county probation and parole warrant on the original charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Palmer was processed and transported to the Justice Center on a no bond warrant.
