Two Pemiscot County inmates remain at large after they escaped the County Justice Center on Sunday, Oct. 15 in the early morning hours.

The men escaped through an air duct, arriving at a room where they destroyed the lock and made their way out of the building setting off an alarm. Surveillance video shows them going over the fence behind the facility and then another video shows them going over the levee wall.

William Carter, 27, and Joseph Latamondeer, 41, are to be considered dangerous. One possible sighting was reported in the woods near Caruthersville but no new evidence has been reported. If they are spotted please call 911.
