GWENDOLYN JEAN JONES

Gwendolyn Jean Jones was born February 23, 1944 at Hayti. She died September 26, 2017 at the age of 73 years, 7 months, and 3 days.

She was a loving, caring wife, mother, and grandmother.

She enjoyed working in her yard, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, L.A. and Annie Ruth Taylor, her brother, Charles David Taylor, and Jerry Wayne Taylor, Sr.

She leaves the following to cherish her memory, her loving husband Bobby Joe Jones, her two sons, Greg Advitts and wife, Wanda, Garrett Avitts and wife Pat Dearen, her brother, L.A. Taylor, Jr. and wife Sue, and her granddaughter, Jamie Avitts.

Funeral services were held October 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the John W. German Funeral Chapel in Hayti with Bro. Doug Wahls officiating.
