Sept. 5 - 10. 4 Mile Marker on I-55. Vehicle fire. Total loss.

Sept. 11 - 1007 Beckwith. Smoke scare due to stove malfunction.

Sept. 14 - 105 Mooreland Drive. Fire alarm sounding due to cooking.

Sept. 16 - 403 East 15th Street. Structure fire. Smoke and water damage.

Sept. 17 - 649 State Highway D. Fire alarm sounding. Mrs. marshall is a member of the Rural Fire Subscription.

Fire Drills were conducted at all Three Schools on September 8, 2017.

The Department has submitted a grant for four sets of Bunker Gear for 50/50 matching funds up to $6,000 through the Missouri Department of Conservation. Notification of awards will be given out by the end of November.
