RANDALL MAURICE (RANDY) FISHER

Randall Maurice (Randy) Fisher was born July 26, 1949 in Caruthersville, Missouri. He was the son of the late Amos Lee Fisher and Rosa Marie Norman Fisher.

He departed this life in Blytheville, Arkansas on Monday, September 11, 2017. He was 68 years old.

Randy was a man that enjoyed people. He had a very fun, quick witted personality. He was a very generous man who loved his friend and family. He loved going to stock car races and also watching racing on T.V. In 1961, Randy was the very first customer of Knox’s Drive Inn. Every year on his birthday, he would receive a free meal from there.

Randy was known for his excellent carpenter skills.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, Rosa Fisher, of Caruthersville, MO, two daughters, Jamie Fisher of Caruthersville and Alayna Fisher of Caruthersville, one son, Randall Fisher of Steele, two sisters, Gaye Currier and her husband Bill of Burr Oak, MI, Brenda Trowbridge and her husband, Ronnie of Caruthersville, three grandchildren, Camron and Amos Fisher, River Garner, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Chapel with Rev. Doug Wahls officiating. Interment was in Pemiscot Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Rudd, James Perry, Eugene Tarpley, Thomas King, Steve Cummings, and Randall Fisher.
