ALLAN K. EDWARDS

On August 21, 2017, Allan K. Edwards was received into the Kingdom of Heaven with open arms. Allan was born in Sikeston, on September 27, 1948 to Virgil and Wilma Edwards. He graduated from Caruthersville High School in 1966 and joined the United States Army. He served for 12 years before being medically retired. In 1979 he joined the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department and then the Caruthersville Police department in 1985.

     Allan is survived by his 3 children William (Cindy) Edwards, Shanon Edwards, and Brian (AnnaBeth) Edwards; and 3 siblings, Cheryl (Charles) Campbell, John (Pat) Edwards, and Edward Wadley. Allan had 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, all of whom he adored tremendously. May HEAVEN be blessed with the presence of an American Hero.
