MARGIE LOUISE QUINN

Margie Louise Quinn of Caruthersville, MO was born to Edward and Edna Kilburn on November 26, 1944, at Oran, MO. She passed away on February 28, 2022, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, AR. She was 77 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Edward Lee and Edna (Shiegel) Kilburn, one brother: Bobby Kilburn, and one sister: Corrine Kilburn.

Margie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She was the First Lady of the Church of Jesus Christ for 53 years. She was a housewife devoted to her husband Paul, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed watching westerns. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren.

6 Children: Paula (Carl) Gaines of Corning, AR, Becky (Les) Drumright of Hayti, MO, Mary (Gary) Drumright of Caruthersville, MO, Lesa Avis of Paragould, AR, Michael (Kristina) Quinn of Hayti, MO, and Tim (Valerie) Quinn of Forsythe, MO, grandchildren Margie and Paul raised: Mikayla Quinn Owens and Josh Quinn, Sister: Ruby Trammell of Hayti, MO, 2 Brothers: David Kilburn of Cape Girardeau, MO and Tommy Kilburn of Rockview, MO, 18 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren with one on the way, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 2 p.m. at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti, MO with Pastor Bobby Quinn officiating. Burial was in Dry Bayou Cemetery at Concord, MO. Pallbearers were Paul Gaines, Cody Gaines, Tommy Drumright, Ryan Drumright, Josh Quinn, and Nathan Carter.
