Miss Hannah Ruth Cooper of Hayti. MO. was called to her heavenly home at 10:05 a.m., Wednesday, February23, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was 68 years, 3 months, and 14 days of age.

She was born November 9, 1953, in Hughes, AR to the late Willie B. and Ernestine Cooper. She was preceded by her parents, two brothers, Charlie, and J.B. Cooper, and one sister, Charlene Cooper.

Hannah moved to Hayti from West Memphis AR. and joined the church at an early age. She worked at the Pemiscot Memorial Hospital for 36 years as a CNA and clerk. She was an outgoing person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving sister and friend to everyone. She will be deaply missed by her family and friends.

She leaves the following to cherish his memory: 4 sisters, Bobbie Cooper Wilson, Martha (Anthony) Mack of Racine, WI, Ann Cooper, Shirley (Chris) Moore of West Memphis, AR, 4 brothers, Willie B. Cooper of Blytheville, AR., James (Thereasa) Cooper of Cape Girardeau, MO, Willie Joe Cooper of West Memphis, AR and Maurice Jones of Racine, WI. Her nieces and nephews Kimberley Cooper and her son Kionte Williams and Adam Cooper, Starie Schmidt, Sangranito Cooper (Tammie), Willie B. Cooper Jr., Jermaine Battles, Latasha Bey, Kobe Cooper (Macen), Monic Cooper, Brittney Cooper, Tevin Battles, Shanta Hudson, Jason Woods, Teneka Stephens, Christina Andrews (Sam), James Cooper Jr., James Keshawn Battles, Aaron Meadows, and Antonio Mack.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti, with Pastor Karl Humes officiating. Pallbearers were Robert Lane, Willie Joe Cooper, Jermaine Battles, Eric Johnson, Herb Wiley, James Cooper, Adam Cooper. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
