MARY FRANCIS BUSH

Mary Francis Bush was born November 7, 1929 in Huntsville, AL. She died May 27, 2018 in Campbell, MO, at the age of 88 years, 6 months, and 20 days.

She was a member of the Dry Bayou Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed raising a garden, canning, working in her flowers, cooking for her family and church. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Walter and Lizzie Mayes Tosh, husband, Merrill “Smoky” Bush, infant son, grandson, Donnie Loyd, great-granddaughter, Heather Warren, one sister, Annie Ford, three brothers, Eugene, James, and George Tosh.

She leaves the following to cherish her memory, two daughters, Marjorie Loyd of Broseley, MO and Martha Johnson of Bernie,MO, two sons, James Bush (Myvan) of Clay Center, KS and Jeff Bush (Cindy) of Lexington, KY, 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. three sisters, Laura Romaine (Russell) of Wichita, KS, Christine Casteel of Hayti, MO, and Linda Johnston of Cedar Park, TX, three brothers, Henry and Bobby Tosh of Ocala, FL, and Jerry Tosh of South Haven, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Dry Bayou Missionary Baptist Church north of Hayti, with Bro. Raymond Pool officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.

Pallbearers were Wayne Warren, Joe Bush, Brad Gray, Todd Mekan, Tyler Wagner, and Randall Barber.
