JESSIE MEARL TERRETT

Jessie Mearl Terrett of Poplar Bluff, MO was born March 1, 1952 in Blytheville, AR. He died March 24, 2018 in Poplar Bluff at the age of 66 years and 23 days.

Jessie enjoyed driving 18-wheeler trucks, fishing, watching T.V., playing with his step-grandson, and visiting with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Mearl and Laura Mae Miller Terrett, two brothers, Sanders and Charles Terrett, and a sister, Quendell Sandusky.

He leaves the following to cherish his memory, sister, Laura Ragan of Caruthersville, companion, Janie Dodson of Poplar Bluff, step-daughter, Amanda Grace of Poplar Bluff, step-son, Kevin Grace and wife Natalie of Poplar Bluff, step-grandson, Brycton Grace of Poplar Bluff, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, March 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti with Pastor Henry Ragan officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti with Military Honors. Pallbearers were William and Jacob Gee, Hank Parker, Michael, Robert, and James Terrett.
