CHARLES ALBERT FARIS II (CHAD)

Charles Albert Faris II (Chad) was born September 25, 1978 and departed this life on March 12, 2018 in St. Louis.

Son of Beverly Greeson (Carl) of Columbia, MO and the late William Hall Faris (Bill) of Hayti, MO. Chad was the half-brother of Colin Greeson of Ballwin, MO and Mary Catherine Faris of Memphis, TN. He was also the step-brother of Carrie Guy of Bainbridge Island, WA. He was the grandson of Charles A. Faris and the late Betty Faris of Braggadocio, MO and Sidney Vernon and Dorta Greeson of Neoga, IL. He left behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Chad was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where he was the founder and president of the MO Zeta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He loved the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field.

As a runner, he finished many half marathons and conquered the Heart of America marathon. He ran many years for St. Baldridge Foundation in support of childhood cancer.

Chad was a long time server at Outback Steakhouse in South County and Applebee’s where he is remembered fondly by many co-workers and friends. He was always ready to help anyone, joking and smiling, and shared his love of music, movies and sports.
