Caruthersville Police Report

Sept. 15 - Officers arrested Cody Starks, 22, of Caruthersville on an active warrant for tampering with a vehicle through the county. Starks was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $5000 bond.

Sept. 15 - Officers arrested Steven Goff, 64, of Caruthersville on an active warrant through Campbell municipal court. The warrant was for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to yield. Goff was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $100 cash bond.

Sept. 15 - Officers arrested Clint Blair, 47, of Caruthersville on two active warrants through the municipal court. The warrants were for failure to appear on the original charges of resisting arrest and failure to obey a lawful order. Blair was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $465 cash bond.

Sept. 16 - Officers arrested Ambera Spain, 28, of Caruthersville for willfully opposing a police officer. Spain was transported to the Justice Center where she is being held on a $182.50 cash bond.

Sept. 16 - Officers arrested Gary Keller, 65, of Caruthersville on two active warrants through the county. The warrants were for 2nd degree assault and 3rd degree assault on a law enforcement officer. Keller was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $50,000 bond.
