Caruthersville Police Report

Aug. 14 - Officers arrested Jose Lopez, Jr., 22, on two active warrants. The warrants went through the Caruthersville Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of stealing and through Pemiscot County for non support. Lopez Jr. was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $578.50 cash bond.

Aug. 15 - Officers arrested Tony Love, 39, of Caruthersville on an active felony warrant out of St. Louis county. The warrant was for one count of criminal non support. Love was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $6,000 cash bond.

Aug. 18 - Officers arrested Zoar Carter, 35, of Caruthersville, for stealing. Carter was transported to the police department and later released on a summons to appear in municipal court.

Aug. 18 - Officers arrested Benjamin Burns, 27, of Kennett on three active warrants through the municipal court. The warrants were for failure to appear on the original charge of careless and imprudent driving and two counts of dogs at large. Burns was transported to the Justice Center where he is being held on a $297.50 cash bond.

Aug. 20 - Officers arrested Kevin Smith, 31, of Caruthersville for assault. Smith was later released on a summons to appear in municipal court.
