Aug. 16 - At 4:12 p.m. officers located and arrested a 32 year old female of Hayti at a residence in the 100 Block of West Washington Street. The female was wanted for questioning in a first degree assault case out of New Madrid county. The subject was processed at the police department and later turned over to the New Madrid Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 16 - At approximately 4:40 a.m., Rachael E. Carter, 23, of Hayti, turned herself in to the Hayti police department on state warrants of failure to appear probation violation, no bond, and failure to appear property damage, $1000 bond. Carter was processed at the police department and transported to the Justice Center where she is being held.

Aug. 17 - At 1:38 p.m. officers were called to a local business in reference to a theft case involving an employee. Upon arrival, officers obtained two signed complaints for petty larceny against Jennifer A. Holland, 30, of Hayti and Henry L. Heard, 34, also of Hayti. Both subjects were located and arrested at a local business in Hayti. They were taken to the police department where they were processed and released after posting a $236 bond each. They are scheduled to appear in municipal court.

Aug. 18 - At approximately 8:45 p.m., officers stopped to assist a motorist on North State Highway J and Meadow Lane. Officers conducted a warrant search on the subjects. Cody R. Dolea, 19, of Kennett had a warrant for failure to appear through the city of Kennett for operate motor vehicle on highways without valid or no license. He was transported to the police department where he was processed and transported to the Justice Center on a $125 cash only bond.

Aug. 19 - At approximately 12:55 p.m officers were dispatched to 713 South Highway J in reference to a violation of a 12 hour domestic rule. Upon arrival officers arrested Jeremy E. Yates, 32, of Hayti for disobedience to police. Yates was processed and transported to the Justice Center with a bond of $136.

Aug. 19 - Officers made a traffic stop on Highway 84 and Second Street. Officers arrested Donmesha A. Green, 19, of Hayti for failure to appear on minor in possession. She was transported to the police department and posted a $43 bond. She was released with a court date.
