MARY MAE FARROW

Mary Mae Farrow was born January 31, 1924 in Caruthersville. She was the daughter of Dan and Neil Riley.

She departed this life in Robertsdale, Alabama on August 4, 2017. She was 93 years old.

On November 5, 1941 in Caruthersville, Missouri she was united in marriage to Mr. Lee Woodard Farrow. They were the parents of four children. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2006.

Mary was a very active member of the Eastwood Memorial United Methodist Church. She sang in the choir and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son-in-law, Tommy Carter.

She is survived by two sons, Clyde L. Farrow of Hornbeak, TN, Gary Farrow of Orange Beach, AL, two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Williams of St. Louis, MO, Clydia J. Carter of Orange Beach, AL, 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eastwood Memorial United Methodist Church. Interment followed in Little Prairie Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Mattson officiated.

Pallbearers were Roy Williams, IV, Scott Stricklin, Craig Jenkins, Kevin Farrow, Jeff Farrow, Griffin Farrow, and Will Farrow.
