Alfred Dean Carter was born in Caruthersville, Missouri on December 8, 1952 to the late Vagie Mae Carter and the late Roosevelt Moore.
| He professed hope in Christ at an early age at Twelfth Street Baptist Church. |
He graduated from Caruthersville High School in 1972.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Vickie Covington, and two brothers, Bobby Joe Carter and Ricky Darnell Carter, a sister-in-law, Mary Carter and two special friends, Melissa Spates and Ruthie Ann Elps.
He leaves to cherish his memories two brothers, Chester Carter of Butte, Montana and Doyle (Carol) Carter of Caruthersville, two sisters, Eva Carter and Vergie Lee Carter both of Caruthersville, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
| Home going services were held on June 7, at 12:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Chapel with Rev. Jeffrey Carter officiating. Interment followed in Morgan Ridge Cemetery. |
