Minnie Mae Biggs departed this life on May 19, 2017 in Hayti, Missouri at the age of 76.

She was born July 26, 1940 in Selmer, Tennessee to J.D. Kiser and Bonnie Mae Sweat Kiser.

Minnie was a lady with a very outgoing personality. She never met a stranger and was never at a loss for words. She loved being around people. She also loved animals. Her love of animals included a large collection of stuffed animals.

She was a member of the Assembly of God church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Bonnie Mae Kiser, her husband, Tommy Joe Biggs, two daughters, Vickie Lynn Hollis and Patricia Kay Kiser, a son, Clyde Parsons, and a great-grandchild, Jaylyn Elliott.

She is survived by her son, James L. Elliott and his wife Mequeeta, seven grandchildren, Tenika Ford and Scott, Nickie Luna and Ernesto, Adam Karidis and Sommer, Trisha Barnes and Scott, James H. Elliott and Beth, Krislyn Hollis, and Alisha Parsons, 15 great-grandchildren, Mathew Riggs, Bryce Glisson, Ryan Guest, Colton Ford, Katylina Karidis, Victoria Karidis, Ashlynn Elliott, Audrey Elliott, Colton Barney, Kimberly Luna, Dominique Luna, Emily Luna, Jamison Elliott, a sister, brother, and other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Kenny Lee officiating in the H.S. Smith Chapel. Interment was in Little Prairie Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Scott Barnes, Matt Riggs, Scott Ford, Dominique Luna, Ernesto Luna, Josh Riggs, Ryan Guest, and Bryce Glisson.
