Caruthersville Fire Department calls (April 7-17)

Caruthersville Fire Calls:

Apr. 7 - 2601 South Ward. Vehicle Extrication.

Apr. 7 - 610 Ward Ave. Vehicle fire. Moderate damage.

Apr. 14 - 1107 St. Highway 84. R & P Oil Co. Fire alarm sounding.

Apr. 16 - Riverfront. 911 reported small fire on the concrete.

All four Pumpers were pump tested and preventive maintenance performed last week by Ed Woods service company from St. Peters, MO.

A Vehicle Fire Fighting Course has been scheduled for May 6th at the Public Safety Building for all area firefighters. The course is free and is being conducted by the UMC Fire & Rescue Training Institute Columbia, MO. Instructors are Gary Kinder and Jeremy Freeman, and lead instructor Allan Horton from the Dexter Fire Department.
